New Clients
Ensuring the pets in our care are happy and comfortable during their visit is very important to the staff at Immaculate Pooch Grooming. We ask that new clients call or text the Immaculate Pooch Team to schedule a meet-and-greet consultation appointment. This allows us to meet your pet in order to schedule a grooming appointment that will best suit your pet’s specific needs. During this appointment, we will have you fill out our client information and release paperwork. We require you to e-mail us your pet’s rabies certificate prior to, or bring your pet’s current rabies certificate to this appointment. There is no charge for your new client consultation appointment.
Cancelations/Late Fees
Your pet’s comfort and safety is important to us. Our Team Members take the time to schedule each appointment with your pets individual needs in mind. Therefore we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us prior to 48 hours in advance of your pet’s scheduled appointment to avoid a $35.00 cancellation fee. Should you fail to make it to your appointment without proper notification, a “no show” fee totaling the full amount of your pet’s groom will be imposed.
In order to provide your pet with the care and attention he/she needs, we ask that you are on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, fees will apply accordingly.
Vaccinations
Any new puppy clients being serviced in our salon must be up to date on all puppy vaccinations. Adult dogs must be current on rabies, at the very least. We strongly advise that all dogs are vaccinated against all infectious diseases.
Fleas
For the health and safety of the pets in our care, we do not accept pets with fleas.
Should the groomer find evidence of fleas after drop-off, it will be at the groomer’s discretion to perform a flea and tick bath immediately to inhibit an infestation within our grooming salon. This will incur a minimum $50.00 cleaning and sanitation fee.
Health/Behavioral Issues
If a dog is showing excessive behavioral issues toward the groomer (such as biting or growling) that cannot be corrected by using positive reinforcement, it will be at the groomer’s discretion to continue to perform any service for the safety of the groomer and the animal.
Please inform our team if your pet suffers from any chronic medical condition(s), including but not limited to, epilepsy, heart condition, spinal injuries, etc., so our team members can properly accommodate your pet.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included and are at the discretion of our customers. A gratuity of 20% is a standard in our industry.
